- Usage data: API requests (tenant ID, trace length, duration, timestamp). We do not store program contents or proof data after delivery.
- Billing data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use It
- To provide and bill the Service.
- To monitor service health and prevent abuse.
- To communicate about your account.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Law enforcement when legally required.
4. Data Retention
Usage logs are retained for billing and audit purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion.
5. Security
We use TLS encryption for all API traffic, authenticated access via API keys, and follow security best practices for data storage.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@tinyzkp.com.
