What the subscription bought
The subscription is withdrawn and is no longer sold at any price. While it was active, an activated exact release continued working locally and offline, an active subscription provided the right to activate later qualified releases, and cancellation took effect at the end of the paid period without remotely disabling a release that was already activated. Anyone who activated a release before withdrawal keeps that release working under those same terms; see the withdrawal notice on the Guard page.

Locked price policy
The $499 monthly and $4,990 annual prices applied only while Guard was on sale, before the subscription was withdrawn; the price-lock and founding-customer terms are historical and do not apply to any new purchase, because there is no new purchase to make. They still govern existing subscribers: a later price change retains the reviewed merchant variant IDs; Lemon Squeezy preserves each existing subscription's original price, and the IDs are never deleted or repurposed.
Refunds and merchant status
Hosted merchant checkout, invoices, payment updates, renewal, dunning, cancellation, and any legally required refund are handled through the merchant portal. See the refund policy and subscription terms. Final binding terms and seller details must be approved by the LN Holdings owner before checkout can open.
