Cancellation is self-service through the merchant.
Checkout is not yet enabled. The policy below is the intended commercial boundary and remains subject to merchant requirements, applicable law, and counsel-approved final terms.
Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions are intended to remain active through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation. Renewal stops automatically. Cancellation will be available in the merchant's hosted customer portal and will not require contacting TinyZKP.
Refunds
The intended default is no prorated or discretionary refund for an elapsed billing period, except where required by applicable law or the merchant of record. Any published cooling-off right, defective-product remedy, duplicate-charge correction, or merchant-required refund controls over this summary.
Effect on activated releases
Cancellation or expiration does not remotely disable a Guard release that was successfully activated while the subscription was current. It prevents activation of later releases unless the subscription becomes current again.
Compatibility before purchase
The Community engine, public compatibility matrix, and free doctor are the evaluation path. Buyers are responsible for confirming their platform and workload fit the exact supported release profile before purchase.
Merchant support
Once live, payment corrections, invoices, cancellation, and refund requests will be handled through the hosted merchant portal linked from the receipt. TinyZKP will not operate a parallel billing account system.
